Palango joined Autoshop Solutions in 2006, when it began to establish its brand position for quality website design and progressive internet marketing. Over the past 15 years, she has overseen and been a key catalyst in the growth of Autoshop Solutions into the award-winning web design and internet marketing agency it is today. His responsibilities at Autoshop Solutions range from direct customer management to managing the entire website production process to running the business. Palango enjoys taking every opportunity to share its marketing expertise with its customers, employees and professional colleagues and automotive industry partners in the automotive aftermarket. She has also been an active member of Women in Auto Care since 2016.

When not working, Palango enjoys spending time with her husband and family. They are often found taking one of their Porsches on a busy drive in North Carolina or to a PCA event on the weekends. She is an active member of the North Carolina Hurricane Region Porsche Club.
