Integrated facilities management company EFS completed the eighth edition of its employee carnival on December 17 at Zabeel Park Gate Five, Dubai, attended by officials, business leaders and employees from across the country .
Closing three months of exciting activities celebrating diversity, inclusion and compassion, representing the core values and culture of the EFS, the main event of the EFS Carnival celebrated the unsung heroes, the front lines.
In addition, he focused on compassion, sustainability and a showcase of true diversity. The annual EFS carnival was organized by the EFS management team and staff to honor more than 5,000 blue collar workers comprising technicians, maintenance and security personnel of 35 different nationalities.
This year, the EFS Carnival has become a global event by celebrating Carnival Season 8 at EFS businesses across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, with the theme of Diversity and Inclusion touching on the life of more than 15,000 employees.
The EFS hosted a fun day on December 17th which implemented a range of initiatives aimed at recognizing these “boots on the pitch”, their talent and tireless service to the company.
The event began with a multi-purpose parade and welcoming remarks from EFS Group CEO Tariq Chauhan and Indian Consul General in Dubai Dr Aman Puri. During the event, the theme of COP26 was celebrated with the EFS Sustainability corner.
Participants were encouraged to plant a flower and make a commitment to sustainability to support the community’s greener future. Addressing their higher self actualization, the event focused on recognizing our local artists, dancers, singers, DJs, artists, chefs and athletes.
The EFS has also honored individuals and their families with the Compassionate Awards, recognizing members from all walks of life, whether aged parents or raising children, special needs, family reunions. or young mothers far from home. EFS also rewarded employees who have contributed by their innovation efforts to the company and those who are actively engaged in CSR efforts in their country of origin, for a total of over 250,000 Dhs.
