FixiGo operates in twelve cities including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Ludhiana, Ambala, Jaipur and Bengaluru. It will leverage Roadzen’s network of workshops to extend service coverage to all states in the Indian mainland and make inroads into the roadside assistance segment.
Roadside assistance services will be accessible via a toll-free number or the FixiGo mobile app. It will include on-call assistance, on-site repair, towing in the event of mechanical and electrical breakdown and in the event of an accident, vehicle repatriation services, fuel delivery in the event of a fuel shortage, minor repairs on-site, battery start, -Request for assistance and help with key recovery.
In addition, customers will benefit from additional features, such as hotel assistance, medical assistance, vehicle guard services, luggage transport, hotel/home medical assistance during the trip, remote evacuation , on-demand driver, replacement/courtesy car, dedicated mobile application DID numbers (direct dialing on arrival) and real-time access.
