The Matlacha Hookers is a nonprofit 501c3 women’s charity. Our organization has members from Matlacha and the Greater Pine Island area, as well as Cape Coral, North Fort Myers and Fort Myers.
We are proud and honored to announce that the tenth annual tasting, held on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at the St. James City Civic Center, was sold out. The response from the Pine Island community is always amazing.
A check for $15,000 was presented to Nancy Buthman, Director of Seniors Programs for The Beacon of Hope, at the Matlacha Hookers AGM. We are so grateful to the more than 125 businesses and families in the Pine Island area who donated silent auction items and money to help offset the running costs of the event.
