JINGER Duggar reunited with his mother Michelle, sister Jana and other siblings during a family visit to Los Angeles despite his vacation snub.
The Counting On star neglected to stop by her parents’ home in Arkansas for Christmas despite leaving Los Angeles for the season.
However, any animosity seemed dispelled when Jinger, 28, welcomed his family with open arms as they visited him in the California hotspot.
The reality star was spotted on a casual stroll Tuesday morning with her mother Michelle, 55, sister Jana, 32, and brothers Jason, 21, and James, 20.
The group were all smiles as they soaked up the sun and went to church after arriving the night before.
The controversial family appeared optimistic despite the drama that has plagued their family in recent months, namely the child sex abuse case of 33-year-old Josh Duggar.
Michelle wore a traditional black skirt with leggings underneath, a long-sleeved striped shirt and her signature curly brown locks tied in a scrunchie.
Jinger opted for a more modern look with black jeans, combat boots and a beige short-sleeved top.
Older sister Jana kept it simple in black denim, a white tee and matching sneakers.
The family chatted after their morning shift before heading to lunch at the In N Out fast food joint.
Afterwards, Jinger and her family drove to an auto repair shop before heading home for the evening.
Michelle’s visit came as a bit of a shock, as her California-based daughter made no effort to visit the family over the holidays.
The young mother snubbed her parents and siblings by going on a skiing trip to the East Coast instead of moving to Arkansas for Christmas.
Jinger has chosen to distance herself from her family in recent months after her brother’s shocking child pornography case and guilt charge.
Although the entire Duggar clan reunited at the family compound in Arkansas, the podcast host and her husband Jeremy, 33, instead headed to Pennsylvania with their daughters to be with her in-laws during vacations.
The couple shared photos on social media of their quiet getaway, which included card games, skiing, shopping, train rides and Whoopie pies.
The festivities kicked off with a trip to Jeremy’s home town of Downingtown, where they also celebrated Jinger’s 28th birthday.
The mother-of-two shared photos of the couple enjoying the day, captioning the post: “Breakfast at Coffee Cup restaurant. Dutch Haven for soft pretzels and Whoopie pie.”
The next day, Jeremy climbed onto the platform to show off the beautiful sight of the family of four as they passed through a farm.
He recalled the special location in the caption, writing, “Exploring one of my favorite childhood destinations: Springton Manor Farm.
“I would spend hours here with my family, usually on my dad’s days off, exploring, fishing and getting lost with my brother and sister. Kind of nostalgic to be back now with the girls.”
Although she had spent so much time on the East Coast, Jinger decided not to visit her family in Arkansas while there.
Jana Duggar shared a series of loving videos on Instagram of herself, James, Jessa and Joy-Anna celebrating the holidays with their families at their home in Tontitown, Arkansas.
GUILTY AS ACCUSED
Those in attendance were all smiles as they seemingly tried to put the drama of the past few months behind them.
Josh was found guilty earlier in December after a nearly two-week trial.
The former reality TV star faces 20 years in prison on each count.
Jinger and Jeremy issued a joint statement after the verdict, saying: “We are grateful to God for exposing Josh’s actions and to a legal system committed to protecting the innocent and punishing the guilty in this case.
“We are grateful for justice. We pray for more justice, vindication, protection and healing for all who have been wronged.”
Jinger and her husband share two daughters, Felicity, three, and Evangeline, one.
