NVRH receives donation of over 80 covers from Saint J Subaru

Vermont Business Magazine Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) received a donation of over 80 blankets from Saint J Subaru, which has partnered with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) through the Subaru Loves to Care program, Friday, July 22 2022.

This is the 7th consecutive year that Subaru has partnered with LLS. Nationwide, LLS and Subaru delivered over 230,000 covers in total. Messages of hope were also delivered with the covers by Subaru customers and staff.

LLS is a non-profit organization dedicated to the fight against blood cancers. Their mission, backed by nearly $1.3 billion in research, is to improve the quality of life for patients and their families by finding a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma.

Coverage will go to patients receiving infusion, medical/surgical, intensive care unit (ICU), and palliative care.

Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital is located in St. Johnsbury in the Northeastern Kingdom of Vermont. We are a community, not-for-profit, acute care and critical access hospital.
